First Hand Experiences of The Induction of Energy Workshop

While we come closer to The Induction of Energy Workshop with Master Lee in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday, June 8, 2025, I found it necessary to share some past experiences from both new and returning attendees:

A New Attendee Discovers Inner Peace and Personal Evolution

The Induction of Energy workshop was an incredible experience. The venue was absolutely beautiful. Master Lee first introduced us to The Induction of Energy from a mental standpoint by sharing his immense knowledge and wisdom, like how the energy flows in the body, when you feel pain here it means this, what is happening when you Induct, etc. After some time of lecture, we all laid on our mats like you would for a Quietude at the end of a Longevity Energetic class, closed our eyes, and got connected directly to The Light of Life Energy. I remember this intense, warm sensation and “seeing” and “feeling” Light. I felt like I was being connected to the very essence of life itself.

The following couple of weeks after the workshop were pretty wild. What an Energy high! Never in my life had I had so much calmness, clarity, and general ability to move through my day-to-day completely unaffected by any situation I encountered. I could see everything from this insane vantage point that I had never experienced before. I would sit in stillness and close my eyes and just “see”. It was like a key had unlocked a door to a world I never had access to, but now the door was wide open and I could see everything! I had previously done a ton of “energy stuff” before I came to The Light of Life like reiki, yoga, transcendental meditation, worked with master shamans, attended energy classes, courses, ceremonies, and workshops but never, ever, ever had I experienced anything like this. It felt like a window into what’s possible with The Light of Life Energy. It was incredible!

Two years later, I’m still practicing what Howard recommended to practice: 3x/day (though I usually practice more). With The Induction, in just a couple of minutes I can completely rebalance and recenter myself. I can feel The Energy fill my body as I Induct. About 10 minutes or so later I’ll notice “the edge” of whatever I’m dealing with has been taken off and I’m calmer and clearer - from doing The Induction only once! It continues to constantly unblock my thoughts on things I get hung up on. It always gives me more clarity and a different perspective about something I’m going through, a lot of times instantly. My intuition is sharper. Every time I do Longevity Energetic I begin with my Activations and The Induction of Energy and within minutes I’ll start getting ideas for projects I’m working on. I especially love that I can focus The Energy on areas of my body that I’m having pain in and it will always soothe it and almost always get rid of it. It has sped up the healing of physical injuries I’ve had. I believe it is important to do the Induction as much as possible so I can strengthen my connection to The Energy. 

The Induction of Energy workshop has created one of the biggest shifts in my life and continues to do so every single day in only minutes of practice a day. It has made my life much easier to move through, as it’s meant to be! More unimpeded and more pure. More intuitive and more creative. My husband and I had to wait many years to attend this workshop and we still pinch ourselves and talk about how incredible it is to be connected to The Source itself, THE Light of Life Energy resource!!! We feel very lucky to have finally been able to attain this invaluable tool. We are so grateful to both Master Lee and Regina Bernstein for bringing these workshops back.

I simply cannot recommend The Induction of Energy and the other Activation workshops enough.

A Returning Attendee Reconnects with The Light and Has a “Supernova” Experience

Dear Regina,

I have to say that it has been three weeks since the workshops with Master Lee. I have been doing The Longevity Energetic a couple times a day, and often three. I have been doing The Induction of Energy and The Elimination of Negative Thought at least three times a day in the physical form and more just by closing my eyes and saying the statements of intent. The deep feeling of gratitude I have for feeling as good as I do, has me in awe. I have not been very well the past few years. My light flickering like a fluorescent bulb with a bad ballast. I pause not to get ahead of myself, but my life has turned a corner. I will keep my goal simple for now. To do The Energy multiple times a day. To slow down and take things one at a time. But my life is practically going supernova. Knock on wood. I have one task. Keep doing The Energy.

I want to share because others may be wondering and thinking. What is The Light of Life? What do I do with it now that I have experienced it? I can only say to listen to Howard's advice and just do it 3 times a day every day. That is all you have to do. However you can do it. Fight for your life to turn on your light and keep it bright. I would love to meet more people in the wild radiating The Light of Life Energy so we all may go supernova faster. It brings a tear to my eye thinking about that.

A New Attendee Finds a Lasting Shift that Brings Daily Intuition, Clarity, and Creativity

First, thank you to Regina Bernstein for graciously giving her time and energy to bring forth these workshops. Without her efforts I, nor anyone else, would be fortunate enough to acquire and benefit from The Induction of Energy and the other Activations! 

The Induction of Energy workshop was amazing. It was incredible to have the opportunity to listen to Howard speak about the Light of Life Energy and why it is so beneficial to practice it in our daily lives. I could listen to him speak about The Energy all day! The process of acquiring The Induction was truly the most healing, wonderful, and blissful experiences I’ve ever had outside of a personal treatment with Regina.

After the workshop, I made a habit of taking Master Lee’s advice and practicing the physical movements of The Induction three times a day, every day, along with my Longevity. It wasn’t long after the workshop and practicing The Induction on my own that I noticed a distinct shift which I can best describe as feeling more clear, lighter in an energetic sense, more connected to my higher self, and more intuitive. 

One specific change I noticed after doing The Induction workshop was the desire to consume alcohol disappeared. I didn’t have a problem with it prior, but the desire to consume it was simply gone. I thought, how incredible is that!? I didn’t even have to expel any energy trying to change anything. It just happened. 

My intuition and creativity also noticeably increased in my job. Solutions to problems seemed to appear out of nowhere without the need to exhaust myself in the process of acquiring them. I feel tapped into an infinite resource that is easily accessible without even trying.

I feel grateful every day to have The Induction of Energy, the other Activations, Longevity Energetic, and the ability to have personal treatments with Regina Bernstein. The Light of Life Energy is such an incredible gift and it’s so easy and painless to do! You cannot put a price on health and well-being and the Light of Life is the only way to truly achieve this. For that I am ever grateful.

A New Attendee Transforms Apprehension into a Powerful Lifelong Tool

Where to begin? That is the question. It has been almost two months since I have been Inducted with the Light of Life Energy. I began my journey with the Light of Life Energy…after being invited to attend a Longevity Energetic class.

I started attending class at least once a week, occasionally engaging in the private and group energy treatments. (After a couple of months) Regina Bernstein informed her students that Howard Y. Lee would be coming to LA for an Induction of Energy workshop. She told me the price and I have to admit I had resistance and fear. I didn’t know how I would come up with the money.
