Event Structure: There will be some time allowing everyone to get settled, followed by a brief introduction.
What to bring to event/preparation:
Bring whatever you need to lay comfortably on the floor for 45 minutes, including water, mat, pillow, layered clothing and/or a blanket.
Please minimize scents: body odors and perfumes/fragrances.
If you are sensitive to noise, please bring ear plugs to help further your relaxation.
